- Devaswom offer all poojas except Advance booking poojas are made available at the web site and will be done according to the custom and usage of the Temple.
- The vazhipad is conducted on the request of the devotee, as per Hindu faith and belief. Devaswom will not be responsible for any dispute arises due to technical reasons, if any.
- After successful completion of the online booking, the receipt will be provided online.
- Once the vazhipadu is booked, the devotee will not be allowed to change the date of vazhipadu except certain particular items only but the type of vazhipadu can not be allowed to change by any reason.
- Devaswom will not collect any service charge from the devotees for online booking, except the shipping charge for Prasadam.
- The prasadams can be collected from the online Vazhipad Counter of Temple as per the custom and usages of the Temple on production of the Receipt (Devotees should mention if they directly present temple at the time of online booking)
- Devaswom is not interested to get involved in any dispute of any nature. However if it so happens laws which are prevailing in India will be applicable. In such cases, the Sub-Court, Chavakkad will have the jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
- Devaswom is not compelling any devotee for offering any vazhipadu through online. This booking facility is only to help those devotees who are interested to make use of the online facility.
- Devaswom will not be responsible for any transaction failure from the bank.
PRIVACY & DISCLAIMER POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. The customer details collected from the devotees (as listed in the online booking page), are only for the purpose of doing pooja and for sending prasadams. The data will not be shared with any other agency for any other purpose.
The debit/credit card details of the customers shall not be saved or stored in the server. It is used only for the purpose of making transaction through payment gateway.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the boking is done through the online booking site will not be allowed under any circumstance.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If the pooja can not be performed due to any unforeseen reason or reasons beyond the control of Devaswom, the amount remitted by the devotee will not be refunded.
Once the devotee offers the vazhipadu to the Deity, the offerings so made through the online facility is accepted by Devaswom, it is a non-reclaimable transfer to Mammiyur Sree Mahadeva Temple and the devotee is not entitled to any claim for the payments so made through the online booking portal.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
If the devotee chooses the option to receive Prasadam via post, only Vibhoothi will be sent by ordinary post by Indian Postal Service in India and abroad, in the address furnished at the site by the devotee. Devaswom will not be responsible for any delivery failures. Prasadam will be sent soon after the performance of Pooja.
The devotee agrees to provide complete and accurate registration information while booking the online vazhipadu. Devaswom shall not be responsible if the information provided by the devotee is wrong or pertains to a third party.
